Came here for 4 days, the hotel was comfortable and incredibly beautiful, it had favourable location adjacent to Chachapoyas, tourist centre of the area as well as the main plaza, the bus stations. The property was located in the center of the city.

The rooms here come with 2 comfy kingsize beds, a shower, and a heater to keep you cozy. This venue boasts a prime location near the main square, close to shops, a tourist center, and public parking 🛋️.

The hotel has a great and stunning location to Jaen airport. It's just next door to the main square in Chachapoyas, tourist center of the area, and downtown. The rooms are exceptionally clean and include 2 kingsize beds and a heater.

I recently stayed at La Casa De Los Balcones for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hot water in the shower was amazing, always hot and never failed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast provided was of great quality, much better than the usual hotel offerings. The location is perfect, close to everything in town and the plaza. I was able to book a great tour through the hotel at a better deal than the street agencies. the value for money is excellent and this hotel truly goes the extra mile to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy.
